Salary: £40,000- £45,000

Shift: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights

Commutanle: Bicester, Buckingham, Ardley

I am recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join an industrial manufacturer, responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repair of machinery to minimise downtime and ensure efficient production. You will work on mechanical systems, including fault diagnosis, repairs, and improvements to enhance reliability. The role requires an qualification and experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Skills required for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

•  Have an engineering qualification.
• Strong Mechanical Skills
• Industrial/Manufacturing Background- Forces, Rail, Factory Maintence, Recycling, Print etc
• Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Must be happy to work a rotating days and nights shift pattern
