Job description: Are you an experienced Production Operative, within a manufacturing environment? Are you wanting to join a company that is growing and offering upskilling opportunities to hard workers? Working in a manufacturing environment as part of the production process you will be ensuring that our clients product is manufactured to the highest standard.
Ideal skills and experience: Previous experience is desired from a similar manufacturing environment is preferred however this is not essential. Training will be offered to candidates who show willing and an excellent attitude
Key responsibilities: As an Production Operative, your duties will involve day to day responsibilities on the factory shop floor, including:
- Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly.
- Feeding raw material into various machinery
- Quality checking manufactured materials to ensure the highest quality is being produced
- This role may be physical at times therefore you must be able to lift heavy items repetedatively
- General Housekeeping duties including tidy the factory floor and sweeping to maintain a clean working environment
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Hours of work:
Continental shifts (6am-6pm/6pm-6am) on a rota'd basis (NO WEEKEND WORK)
Pay:
- £12.21ph (days)
- £13.43 ph (nights)
