Job description: Are you an experienced Production Operative, within a manufacturing environment? Are you wanting to join a company that is growing and offering upskilling opportunities to hard workers? Working in a manufacturing environment as part of the production process you will be ensuring that our clients product is manufactured to the highest standard.

Ideal skills and experience: Previous experience is desired from a similar manufacturing environment is preferred however this is not essential. Training will be offered to candidates who show willing and an excellent attitude

Key responsibilities: As an Production Operative, your duties will involve day to day responsibilities on the factory shop floor, including:

Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly.
Feeding raw material into various machinery
Quality checking manufactured materials to ensure the highest quality is being produced
This role may be physical at times therefore you must be able to lift heavy items repetedatively
General Housekeeping duties including tidy the factory floor and sweeping to maintain a clean working environment
Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Hours of work:

Continental shifts (6am-6pm/6pm-6am) on a rota'd basis (NO WEEKEND WORK)

Pay:

£12.21ph (days)
£13.43 ph (nights)
