Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer from a Manufacturing / agricultural / machinery background who's proficient in SolidWorks and wants to work in the agricultural field where you will be the sole designer within a small but growing organisation with potential for progression into a production planner position?
This well-established company have been providing innovative agricultural equipment to farms and other commercials areas for the past 3 decades. Due to expanding business and an ever-increasing workload they are looking to expand and grow their friendly team.
In this role you will be the lead designer responsible for all the 2D and 3D drawings of the existing and new equipment helping develop new pieces of equipment for the company. Further to this you will ensure all costings and operator documentation is up to date keeping accurate records.
This role would suit a Mechanical design engineer who's proficient with SolidWorks or similar, and who's from a manufacturing or agricultural background looking to join a small friendly company where the go to designer with potential to progress into production planning.
The Role:
- Assist with design and development of new projects and editing existing products
- Generate complete in-depth engineering drawing of the fabrication process
- Organise operator documentation and information
- Training on specialist products
The Person:
- Mechanical Design engineer

- Experience with Solidworks or similar
- Commutable to Armargh
