I am recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a team in Arnold.

Days / Hours: Monday- Friday- 8:45- 17:30

1 in 4 Saturdays- 9:00- 15:00

Duties:

Onboarding new clients which includes welcome calls, producing sales particulars, compliance around ID, money laundering
Dealing with the client from the say they agree to book photos and go ahead until their property goes on the market and is handed over to the sales team.
Scanning and filing
Assisting the team
Putting properties live
Auditing Sales clients
Issuing Sales memos
Dealing with keys, including auditing.

The Person:

The successful candidate will need to fit in within a small team in an open plan office space.

You must be able to communicate both face to face and over the phone.
