- Annual Salary: £52,980 - £75,611 (depending on pension contribution)

We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and ambitious leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role where you will contribute significantly to the holistic educational experience of our pupils, focusing on well-being and mental fitness. You will also play a crucial role in developing our shared vision and strategic plan for the College.
Day-to-day of the role:- Collaborate with the Headteacher and other team members to implement strategic initiatives and policies.
- Lead projects that enhance the educational and well-being programs within the College.
- Engage with staff, students, and the wider community to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and student outcomes.
- Drive initiatives that promote mental fitness and overall well-being among students.
- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Strong commitment to enhancing educational and well-being outcomes for students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strategize, implement, and evaluate educational programs.
- Must have own transport as the location is not accessible by public transport.
