We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic, and ambitious leader to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role where you will contribute significantly to the holistic educational experience of our pupils, focusing on well-being and mental fitness. You will also play a crucial role in developing our shared vision and strategic plan for the College.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collaborate with the Headteacher and other team members to implement strategic initiatives and policies.
  • Lead projects that enhance the educational and well-being programs within the College.
  • Engage with staff, students, and the wider community to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and student outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives that promote mental fitness and overall well-being among students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in an educational setting.
  • Strong commitment to enhancing educational and well-being outcomes for students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to strategize, implement, and evaluate educational programs.
  • Must have own transport as the location is not accessible by public transport.
