Client Administrator / Office Manager PermanentBased in Arundel, West Sussex Full Time, Office Based £26,000 - £30,000

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new and exciting new job opportunity for a to join a continuously growing professional services company based in the Arundel area on a permanent basis.

You will be the point of contact for the companies clients, ensuring every client receives outstanding support from their first contact with the company. You will manage the client experience across the business and work closely with the departments to maintain the highest standards of communication, professionalism, and discretion.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a key point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Monitor and enhance the client journey from enquiry to resolution
  • Support fee earners with client engagement and feedback processes
  • Provide administrative assistance to fee earners when support staff are on annual leave
  • Administrative task

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client service, relationship management or office manager role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, compassionate, and solution-focused approach
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Confident with IT systems
