Sales Manager – Estate Agency – £27,000–£31,200 Basic | OTE £50,000

Package:

  • Basic Salary: £27,000 – £31,200
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £50,000
  • Commission: Uncapped with bonus incentives
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and grow the agency’s local market share
  • Maximise revenues and expand the property portfolio
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Lead, motivate and manage team performance through regular 1:1s, reviews, and team meetings
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve branch profit and financial targets
  • Support team development and maintain high performance standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in estate agency and customer service
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience
