As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Executive Head Chef in serving food for the all day Brasserie Restaurant and fine dining restaurant. You will be a talented Chef looking to work with quality ingredients in a top hotel kitchen. This is an excellent career opportunity. There is no accommodation with this role so you would need your own transport.

The Role
- Reporting to the Executive Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the Modern kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Serving Modern British Menu
- Strong Management skills
The Person
- You will already be a Strong Jr Sous or CDP looking for promotion
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working at 1-2AA rosette kitchen
- Good attention to detail and experience of busy restaurant kitchen
- Ambitious and career orientated
