Our client is a dynamic and busy commercial B2B business. You will be based in a lively office environment alongside a small on-site team. We are looking for someone reliable, flexible in their working approach, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
This role is ideal for a strong administrator looking to develop further within a finance support position. You will be responsible for a mix of administration and finance support tasks, with full training provided on systems.
Duties:
- Chasing purchase orders (POs) and invoices
- Managing basic accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks
- Dealing with internal and external finance queries
- Inputting and maintaining information within bespoke system
- Using Excel for reporting and data management
- Supporting the wider finance and office team as needed
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills
- Some prior experience or understanding of basic finance processes (AR/AP) preferred
- Comfortable using systems and databases
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Able to travel to the office 5 days per week
