About the Role:As a Mental Health Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional wellbeing of students. Therapy is an essential part of daily life for children with ASD - it helps them to understand their emotions, develop coping strategies, improve social interaction, and build confidence in a safe, structured environment. You will work alongside a skilled team of therapists, psychologists, and teaching staff to deliver consistent, compassionate, and child-centred care.
