Creed Gallery have an opportunity at our prestigious new Ascot Art Gallery to join the small team as a Luxury Art Sales Consultant. We’re looking for a proactive sales-focused individual, who is passionate about delivering great customer service and achieving sales targets. You’ll work on supporting our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery and the business by selling our exceptional art, by leading artists and publishing houses. There are new releases and gallery events and exhibitions throughout the year to help you strengthen and make the most of these client relationships. Who We’re Looking For

• You have a proven track record of driving and achieving sales targets

• You are highly motivated to achieve against gallery targets.

• You’re confident in your ability to effectively communicate in person and by phone.

• You are confident, highly presentable, and with an understanding of exceptional customer service.

• You have previous 1-2-1 sales experience and can adapt to different client needs

• You’re confident to support our current loyal client base, as well as proactively building and nurturing new customer relationships for the gallery in person and on the phone.

• As personality is central to making a success of this role, we would like enthusiastic, engaging individuals who enjoy interaction with clients

• We don’t need you to have a prior knowledge of the art world, as we offer full training to help you be as knowledgeable as possible.

• If you have driving license, this is desirable (for possible home consultation visits with clients).

• This role also entails moderate physical duties on a daily basis. We need you to be able to handle such tasks whilst working. It will also include shifts covering weekends and bank holiday openings and events.

Experience in the art world or a passion for art would be an advantage although training can be provided.

What We Can Offer You• A salary of £22,000-£25,000 (full time) plus excellent uncapped commission and sales bonus structure (ote c£40,000), or £13-15 per hour plus commission.
