Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Business Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to join a company at an exciting time of growth. You will be required to support with reporting so strong Excel skills are essential for this position.

Type: Permanent, full time, Monday - Friday
Location: Ascot, Hybrid
Salary: Up to 40,000 DOE
As a Business Administrator, you will play a central part in supporting the smooth running of board operations and senior leadership activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Board, Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team
- Supporting Senior Management with preparation of reports on Excel
- Maintaining accurate and compliant governance records in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing sensitive and confidential correspondence
- Supporting strategic projects and internal communications as directed
- Coordinating events, conferences, leadership meetings and stakeholder engagements, when required
- Managing diaries, scheduling board and committee meetings, as required
What we are looking for:
- Strong administrative experience
- Confident user of MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills essential
- Highly organised with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional, discreet and confident when handling sensitive information
