Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Business Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to join a company at an exciting time of growth. You will be required to support with reporting so strong Excel skills are essential for this position.

Salary: Up to 40,000 DOE


As a Business Administrator, you will play a central part in supporting the smooth running of board operations and senior leadership activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Board, Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team
  • Supporting Senior Management with preparation of reports on Excel
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant governance records in line with company and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing sensitive and confidential correspondence
  • Supporting strategic projects and internal communications as directed
  • Coordinating events, conferences, leadership meetings and stakeholder engagements, when required
  • Managing diaries, scheduling board and committee meetings, as required

What we are looking for:

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Confident user of MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills essential
  • Highly organised with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional, discreet and confident when handling sensitive information
