Our kitchen is a creative, collaborative space where quality and consistency come first and they're now looking for aSenior Sous Chefto join their passionate team.
AsSenior Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Head Chef to help lead the kitchen and maintain our high culinary standards. Youll bring creativity, leadership, and a love for exceptional food from developing new dishes to ensuring every plate meets their award-winning reputation.
Youll be responsible for:
Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations and service.
Leading and mentoring junior chefs.
Contributing to menu development and seasonal ideas.
Maintaining top-tier food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Deputising for the Head Chef in their absence.

About You
Proven experience in a high-quality, fresh food kitchen (Rosette or Michelin background ideal).
Passionate about local, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
