AsSenior Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Head Chef to help lead the kitchen and maintain our high culinary standards. Youll bring creativity, leadership, and a love for exceptional food from developing new dishes to ensuring every plate meets their award-winning reputation.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations and service.

  • Leading and mentoring junior chefs.

  • Contributing to menu development and seasonal ideas.

  • Maintaining top-tier food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

  • Deputising for the Head Chef in their absence.
