Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
Annual Salary: £52,500 p/a


Shifts: Double Days
W1:
Monday to Friday 6:15am-3pm with Saturday morning covered between 6am-12pm.
W2:Monday to Thursday 2:45PM-12:30pm


Additional Overtime+ £8,500comfortably

The Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer


Machinery List: Conveyor systems, Bagging Machines, Mixing tanks, Holding Hoppers, Drying Systems, Robots (Fanuc, ABB & Cougar), Pumps, Weighing systems, Kilns,Palletisers and control panels.

  • Electrical Maintenance within a high speed concrete manufacturingplant.
  • Breakdown maintenance,fault finding and repairing machinery.
  • PPM Maintenance, servicing equipmentand replacing worncomponents.
  • Installation work includes site enhancements,LV & 3 phase Equipment.
  • Fault using PLC's (Allen Bradley), Multi-Meters and Schematic drawings.


Entry requirements:


  • Qualifications:City & Guilds, NVQ or BTEC Level 3 qualification in ElectricalEngineering, Maintenance or Installation, preferably through a recognised apprenticeship.

  • Experience:5 years minimum experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer ideally within the Heavy industry (Aggregates, Quarrying, Recycling) though not essential.
