What You'll Need:

• Mechanical Engineering qualification - Ideally NVQ level 3 or above
• Experience in a similar maintenance-focused role.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Organisational skills with a flexible, hands-on approach.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience working on boilers.
• IOSH qualification.
• Understanding of budget control and cost management.
