What You'll Need:
- Mechanical Engineering qualification - Ideally NVQ level 3 or above
- Experience in a similar maintenance-focused role.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Organisational skills with a flexible, hands-on approach.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience working on boilers.
- IOSH qualification.
- Understanding of budget control and cost management.
