They work on a wide variety of projects across Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Oxford, and London to name a few, covering the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors. This role is focused on their measured building works with occasional topographical surveys too, working on anything from building floor plans to domestic properties, to commercial projects such as Schools.In this role you will be completing measured building surveys, and you will be expected to travel to site when required. Key responsibilities include producing measured building surveys, communicating with clients, travelling to site, completing all processing using CAD and other modelling software.The ideal candidate will have some measured building surveying experience, live a commutable distance from the office in Ashby and have a valid UK driving license.This is fantastic opportunity for a surveyor keen to complete their chartership, to join an established surveying company, in a role offering career progression, a company vehicle, and a bonus based on company profits.The Role:
