Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

The Bench Hand Joiner Role:
As a skilled Bench Hand Joiner, you will assist with the preparation, assembly, and finishing of furniture components, working closely with experienced joiners to ensure every piece meets exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools and power tools.
- Assemble and finish bespoke furniture components to a high standard.
- Follow technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.
- Check work for quality and accuracy.
- Operate machinery safely and assist with material handling.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Bench Hand Joiner or Woodworker
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- Physically fit and able to handle workshop tasks safely.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical joinery skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
