Shift Pattern: Panama (12-hour shifts, days and nights)

What We're Looking For
We're after a proactive and solutions-focused engineer with strong electrical expertise.
Qualifications:
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent
- Ideally, a BTEC/NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in an FMCG environment (ideally food manufacturing)
Skills:
- Strong electrical fault-finding, ideally with PLC diagnostics (Allen Bradley/Siemens)
- Experience with motors, sensors, control panels, variable speed drives, robotics and automation
- Mechanical knowledge (e.g. pneumatics/hydraulics) beneficial but this is an electrically biased role
The Job
- Electrical Maintenance: You'll be responsible for electrical fault-finding, repairs, and upgrades across a range of automated machinery and production lines.
- Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: Keep equipment running smoothly, from conveyors and packaging lines to advanced robotic systems.
- Problem Solving: Use your initiative to quickly diagnose issues and keep downtime to a minimum.
- Collaboration: Work independently or with the team, always communicating clearly and professionally.
- Improvement Focused: Be part of continuous improvement initiatives and technology upgrades.
