Shift / Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00pm

I'm working with a well-established, family-run furniture manufacturer based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch, who are renowned for their exceptional craftsmanship, design excellence and personal service.
This business specialises in premium, bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture, all designed and manufactured.
The Role
As Kitchen Designer, you'll take full ownership of the design process from initial client consultation through to manufacturing handover. You'll work closely with customers to understand their vision, develop creative and practical designs, and oversee every detail to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing bespoke kitchens, dressing rooms and fitted furniture tailored to client requirements.
- Conducting on-site surveys and managing cabinetry specifications.
- Providing expert advice on design, materials, and appliance options.
- Managing the end-to-end client journey design, quoting, sales support, and handover.
- Liaising with the in-house manufacturing and installation teams, as well as external trades.
About You:
- Proven experience in kitchen or bespoke furniture design.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confidence in managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Experience with CAD design software (Articad preferred)
- A detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive approach.
