Compliance Officer
Location: Hybrid – Ashby-de-la-Zouch (2 days per week in office)

At Inizio Engage, we’re looking for a Compliance Officer to provide essential administration support for our Clinical Governance team, helping us deliver safe, high-quality homecare services to patients across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our compliance and governance processes on track. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting the team with admin tasks linked to clinical incidents, reporting, and audits.
- Preparing accurate weekly and monthly reports for clients.
- Making sure all documents and processes are up to date and meet NHS, client, and company standards.
- Scheduling, organising, and coordinating tasks and meetings.
- Helping with contingency plans to ensure patient safety is always maintained.
- Attending team meetings and sharing updates.
This is a role where organisation and accuracy really matter – but you’ll also be part of a supportive, friendly team that works together to get the job done.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office including excel
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
- A strong communicator – in writing, on the phone, and face-to-face.
- Happy working both independently and as part of a team.
- Keen to learn and develop in a compliance/clinical governance setting.
Essential: GCSEs in Maths and English.
Desirable: Admin or business qualifications, or experience in a similar compliance/admin role.
