HGV Class 1 Shunter Driver

HGV CLASS 1 SHUNTER - NIGHT SHIFT

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 22:00 - 06:00

£17.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Class 1 Shunter for our client based in Ashby De La Zouch.

Day to Day Duties:

• Shunter Driving either Unit or Tug
• Must be experienced on Tug
• Trailer Movements, inter site movements and yard control
• Communicate with the transport team efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Comply with driving rules and regulations

Essential Skills:

• Hold a valid UK Category CE Licence
• Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
• Have Terberg licence
• Maximum of six penalty points for minor infringements with no major endorsement codes
• Work in a professional manner
• Excellent communication skills

Training

• Training will be provided and ongoing support throughout
