Fantastic role working for a not-for-profit organisation based in Ashford as an Audit Compliance Officer. This is a senior role managing the performance of auditors and ensuring processes are followed. The ideal candidate will be data-driven with strong analytical skills.

Duties include:

  • Oversee and guide a team of auditors, ensuring that audits comply with company guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality and performance within the audit team
  • Track and assess the performance of the audit team
  • Reviewing audit reports for quality and provide clear feedback to auditors
  • Draft, review and revise documents and procedures
  • Resolving any audit related queries

The successful candidate will have:

  • A lead auditor certification
  • Experience in a relevant role, ideally within a regulated sector such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, food production
  • The ability to interpret and analyse complex technical standards and reports.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to assess data effectively
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  • An exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with risk assessment processes and procedures
  • An in-depth knowledge of ISO 19011 standards

To be at a distinct advantage when applying you will also have:

  • Knowledge of ISO 17024 and ISO 17021
