About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. You will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute and long-term conditions, delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred care.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting urgent and primary care services while contributing to service development and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Independently manage patients with undifferentiated and complex presentations
  • Prescribe medications and request/interpret investigations in line with scope of practice

  • Provide health promotion, education, and self-management advice to patients

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, paramedics, and allied health professionals

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and adhere to clinical governance requirements

  • Contribute to audit, service improvement, and mentoring of junior staff where appropriate
