Vision for Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated KS3 Teacher to join a supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Ashford. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people with additional needs.
The RoleAs a KS3 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of students with a range of SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD.

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.

Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to deliver holistic learning.

Use creative approaches to inspire, motivate, and develop students’ confidence and independence.
This welcoming SEN school in Ashford provides a nurturing environment for pupils aged 11–16, with a strong focus on personalised learning, emotional well-being, and preparing students for life beyond school. You’ll be joining a committed, friendly team who work collaboratively to support each child’s journey.
RequirementsTo be considered, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification.

Experience teaching KS3 students (experience in SEN desirable but not essential).
- Exxperienced teaching GCSE levels

A strong understanding of strategies to support learners with diverse needs.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
