Vision for Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated KS3 Teacher to join a supportive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Ashford. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people with additional needs.

The Role

As a KS3 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of students with a range of SEN, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD.

  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.

  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to deliver holistic learning.

  • Use creative approaches to inspire, motivate, and develop students’ confidence and independence.

This welcoming SEN school in Ashford provides a nurturing environment for pupils aged 11–16, with a strong focus on personalised learning, emotional well-being, and preparing students for life beyond school. You’ll be joining a committed, friendly team who work collaboratively to support each child’s journey.

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification.

  • Experience teaching KS3 students (experience in SEN desirable but not essential).

  • Exxperienced teaching GCSE levels
  • A strong understanding of strategies to support learners with diverse needs.

  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
