They are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Architectural Technicians to work on a range of high-profile projects for their offices based in Ashford

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
- Produce tender and working drawing packages using AutoCAD
- Produce and submit building regulation and planning applications
- Take the lead on commercial projects, managing them from inception through to completion
- Undertake site visits and ensure compliance and high quality is achieved
- Work alongside clients, contractors and other multidisciplinary authorities
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Background in working on projects within the commercial sector
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Job running experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driver's license
