An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis. The primary responsibilities include supporting the accounts team by processing invoices and managing large volumes of data.
Day-to-day of the role:- Support the accounts team in the daily processing of invoices.
- Manage and organise large datasets using Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the finance department.
- Handle queries related to invoices and payments promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in an administrative or accounts role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data management).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Immediate availability to start work.
