What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Leading and developing a successful sales team
- Driving performance and increasing market share
- Carrying out market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Managing sales progression from instruction to completion
- Delivering outstanding customer service and generating repeat business
- Promoting a proactive, positive, and high-achieving office culture
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in estate agency
- Extensive valuation and listing experience
- Exceptional leadership, sales, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Self-motivated, driven, and professional
- Knowledge of Ashford and surrounding area is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
