Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: West Kent (Must drive)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
Office based role, Monday to Friday
My client, based in West Kent, is seeking a capable candidate with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to join their team as a Sales Support Coordinator. This role involves organising deliveries, managing quotations, processing orders, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
This vacancy is office-based Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. If you’re looking to join a company that manufactures and sells high-quality products, values its staff, and offers a fantastic working environment, then this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with quotations, order processing, sample requests, and delivery organisation.
- Answering queries, providing relevant product options, and offering cleaning and maintenance advice to support customers ordering.
- Working closely with Area Managers, Sales Department, and Purchasing Department to fulfill customer orders effectively and efficiently and provide accurate information to customers.
- Completing stock checks regularly.
- Order processing and reconciliation between vendors and customers.
- Liaising with vendors, providing samples, stock checks, project registrations, and technical information.
- Maintaining online records of pricelists and information.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Able to learn product information, some of it technical, fairly quickly .
- Excellent communication skills, with accurate spelling and grammar.
- A strong sense of business ethics.
- Great organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence to work independently on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
