Crane Supervisor – Ashford

Location: Ashford, Kent
Start Date: 17/11/2025
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: Competitive (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

We are looking for an experienced Crane Supervisor to join our team on a busy construction project in Ashford.You will be supervising the forklift on site as it will be lifting 4m high Gantry.

Duties will include:

• Supervising all lifting operations on site

• Ensuring lifts are carried out safely and in accordance with lift plans

• Coordinating with slinger/signallers and crane operators

• Communicating with site management and ensuring safety compliance at all times

• Overseeing daily checks and maintaining records

Requirements:

• Valid Crane Supervisor (CPCS/NPORS) ticket (A62 Lifting OPS)

• Proven experience supervising lifting operations

• Strong understanding of health & safety and lifting regulations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Reliable and proactive attitude
