Job Title: Solicitor
Location: Various in Kent
Salary: 45,000 - 70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients across a range of legal areas.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client objectives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with poise and professionalism.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updates on case developments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
• Stay updated on current legal trends and changes to legislation relevant to assigned practice areas.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solicitor with a solid understanding of legal procedures and case management.
• Strong research and analytical skills to interpret and apply legal statutes effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and presenting cases.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with superior organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
