My highly successful and well regarded Estate Agency client is looking to add to their in-house Mortgage Services team and are looking for an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Adviser to join them in their Ashford office.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Mortgage Adviser:
Ø Nurturing relationships with the Estate Agency team, providing training and support
Ø Maximising the opportunity from internal leads
Ø Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
Ø Deliver exceptional customer service
Ø Generate your own new business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Mortgage and Protection Advisor:
Ø CeMAP level 1 or industry equivalent qualification is essential
Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ø A Full UK driving licence and access to your own business appropriate vehicle
Ø Experience of delivering exceptional results
My client is paying a base salary of up to £28,000 DOE, with OTE expected to be £40,000-80,000.
