Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from customers with professionalism and care
- Resolving queries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Processing orders and updating customer information accurately
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Following up with customers to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships
About You:
- Previous experience in a customer service role – phone or email-based
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and able to learn new platforms quickly
- A team player with a genuine passion for helping others
