The Role

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality early years provision.
  • Assist with planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to children, including those with additional needs.
  • Foster a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment.

‍ The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with children in an early years or primary school setting.
  • A relevant childcare or education qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning).
  • A caring and patient approach with a strong understanding of child development.
