Electrician - Ashford

Full Time: 37 Hours Per Week

Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 | Friday: 08:00 - 13:00

We're looking for an experienced Wireperson to join our team in Ashford. This is a hands-on role working on the complete assembly of bespoke industrial electrical panels and equipment.

What you'll be doing:

• Building and wiring industrial electrical panels from start to finish
• Preparing equipment for testing and assisting engineers with testing procedures
• Supporting machine and factory maintenance, as well as installations
• Working on unique, customer-specific production equipment - often one-off projects

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of wiring experience, ideally in an industrial assembly environment
• Ability to work independently from Bills of Materials and electrical schematics
• A recognised 17th or 18th Edition qualification

Bonus if you also have:

• Previous experience wiring in an industrial or manufacturing setting
