About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to take ownership of one of our most important and prestigious clients, based in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with a market-leading organisation that is well-regarded locally and offers a supportive environment to recruit for.

As the dedicated Account Manager, you will be the face of Manpower onsite, ensuring a seamless recruitment service across both temporary and permanent staffing needs. This is a key role that requires strong stakeholder management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related enquiries, representing Manpower professionally onsite.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both temporary and permanent positions.
  • Conduct weekly reporting and ensure accuracy using advanced Excel skills.
  • Hold monthly review meetings with client stakeholders and onsite staff.
  • Carry out regular compliance and audit checks, ensuring all standards are met.
  • Stay up to date with the local candidate market, proactively sourcing talent and maintaining strong pipelines.
  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to spec in suitable candidates to meet business needs.
  • Provide forward-thinking, innovative recruitment solutions to support the client’s growth and success.

About You:

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential – onsite account management experience highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational ability with a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (reporting and data management).
  • Able to work independently while being a trusted extension of our client’s team.
