MMP Consultancy are working in partnership with a Kent housing organisation to recruit an Energy Efficiency Contract Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a lead role in delivering transformative retrofit projects that improve residents' homes and support the journey to Net Zero Carbon.
As Energy Efficiency Contract Manager, you will join a dynamic Asset Team driving the organisation's strategic goals achieving EPC C by 2030 and Net Zero Carbon by 2050.
Responsibilities

  • Lead the Warm Homes, Wave 3 project, delivering major retrofit works including external wall insulation, air source heat pumps, and PV panels.
  • Manage contractor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Identify and secure additional grant funding to support wider sustainability initiatives from insulation to EV charging infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively with residents and internal stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear and inclusive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Contract & Project Management (essential).
  • Ideally, experience in energy efficiency, retrofitting, or low carbon technologies.
  • Strong understanding of funding and grants in the sustainability or housing sector.
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Building, Construction, or a related field or Project Management qualifications.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
