Location: Ashford (Hybrid work available)

Salary - £35,000 - £50,000 plus uncapped bonus potential

Working for a national commercial brokerage with a strong presence in the market who prides themselves in their flexibility, independence, and a supportive environment that empowers experienced, new business focussed brokers to excel. With more new leads than they can handle, they are offering an exciting opportunity for brokers to utilise their skills and drive their own success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage renewals and actively broke new business in across a broad range on Non- Fleet commercial risks.

- Engage in cross-selling to maximize business opportunities.

- Utilise a variety of insurers to tailor solutions for clients.

- Inspire and contribute to a culture of self-generated leads.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in commercial broking with a track record of success.

- Strong ability to cross-sell and generate new business.

- Motivated and driven, with a desire to exceed targets.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
