We are recruiting a Paraplanner with approximately 3 years of experience and a Level 4 Diploma qualification for a long-established, Kent-based independent financial advice firm. Known for their straightforward, jargon-free, and holistic approach, they have built a strong reputation with clients and local professionals. Due to internal promotions, they are now looking for a Paraplanner who is eager to follow a similar career progression.

As a Paraplanner, you’ll support a busy team of Financial Advisers, providing paraplanning services, conducting product and solution research, preparing and reviewing reports, and maintaining compliant client files. The role also involves obtaining illustrations from providers, assisting with compliance tasks, and ensuring high standards of regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
  • Approximately 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner.
  • Strong team ethos, positive attitude, and flexibility.
  • Experience in report writing, research, and client file management.
