Shift patterns:07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00. (Ability to work both shifts is essential.)
We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver for our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone.
Job Description:
As a Forklift Truck Operative, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, and stack products. You will ensure the accurate and timely handling of goods, maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential).
- Valid Reach Truck licence (preferred).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
