Key Requirements:
To apply for the Head of Manufacturing position based in Kent you will ideally hold an engineering qualification:
- Science, manufacturing or engineering industry experience
- LEAN implementation expmaples, showing change management achievements
- Medium to low volume manufacturing environments (high volume still apply)
- Expert leader displaying a natural leadership style
