Fawkes & Reece have a new opportunity for a Junior FM Estimator in Maidstone. This is a varied role which has a mix of responsibilities. You will work alongside the maintenance team to estimate tenders and small projects.
Support the FM Mechanical team throughout the estimating process
Admin work including reviewing documents
Take offs from drawings
Experience need for the role of the Junior FM Estimator:
- IT Skills
- Any prior estimator work (desirable)
