Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for a new opportunity in a supportive, school-based setting? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly nursery team, which operates as part of a vibrant Primary School in Staines.

About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 2-4 years. Working alongside experienced early years educators, you will help deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities to support children's development

  • Observing and assessing children's progress and maintaining accurate records

  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Promoting safeguarding and well-being at all times

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety and school policies

We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
