Job Title: Scheduling Administrator
Job Type: Full time/permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (Office Based)
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
As a Scheduling Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of service activities, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and supporting a team of engineers across the UK.
Duties include:
- To provide a first point of contact for all customers.
- Logging & planning call outs to engineers.
- Planning of maintenance & repair visits to engineers.
- Raising all service-related purchase orders.
- To generate and provide RAMS to customers.
- Working with client portals and completing client forms
- To liaise with engineers on a day-to-day basis regarding booked work and call outs.
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a service team would be preferred but not essential
- Used to working in a fast paced admin role
- Ability to multi task and prioritise own workload
- Must have own transport (Due to the location of the office)
