We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team. You will work closely with the Headteacher to lead our committed staff and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Headteacher in the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school
- Lead on curriculum development and assessment practices
- Promote a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement
- Support and develop staff through effective coaching and performance management
- Model exemplary teaching practice and provide in-class support where needed
- Oversee key areas such as safeguarding, SEND, or pastoral care (depending on experience and interest)
