Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated and enthuastuic Teaching Assistant to join the supportive Primary School in Ashford. This is a great opportunity to work in a welcoming village school that values creativity, inclusivity and a child centred approach to learning. This is a fulltime role and is due to start in September.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher with the delivery of the national curriculum
  • Work with individuals and small groups of pupils, including those with SEND
  • Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom displays
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress

  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
