The Role

Were on the hunt for an ambitious and people-focused Key Account Manager to join our Client Solutions team. Whether you're early in your career or already have some experience under your belt, this is an opportunity to make an impact, grow your skills, and build relationships with exciting, high-end brands.

This is a client-facing role where youll take ownership of key accounts, ensuring service excellence, retention, and commercial growth. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that keep our clients coming back.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key/VIP clients

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and service needs

  • Identify and act on upselling/cross-selling opportunities

  • Develop and implement account plans to support revenue and retention targets

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates with clients

  • Collaborate with operations, transport, and logistics teams to deliver smooth service

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors

  • Ensure compliance with OH&S procedures when on-site with clients or suppliers


Must-Haves:

  • 12 years experience in account management, customer service or similar client-facing role(or keen interest in stepping into one).

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Energetic, driven, and positive mindset

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Understanding of operational health & safety practices
