Key Responsibilities:
* Provide pre-sales technical support, fault diagnostics, and issue resolution, interfacing with customers, sales subsidiaries, quality, and RD&T teams.
* Conduct pre-launch product installation, testing, evaluation, and reporting.
* Evaluate competitor products and conduct market research, maintaining and updating a competitive database.
* Collaborate with the Fleet Management Services team to ensure product suitability for integration and compatibility with Brigade services.
* Conduct customer visits for trials and issue resolution.
