The main responsibility for this person is to lead on the audits for the business. Description

  • Ensure there is a detailed understanding of FSCC and BRC to be prepared for both announced and unannounced audits of the business.
  • To have a strong understanding of and a background in the food space, to be able to maintain the quality standards of the business.
  • Work closely with manufacturing partners to implement ongoing improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
  • Offers support, guidance, and training to all employees on various aspects of the company's food safety and quality program.
  • Oversee hygiene standards, pest control programs, and plant prerequisite programs to ensure adherence to all GFSI and regulatory requirements.

Profile

  • Experience from a food background is imperitive.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality focused role.
  • Experience in a lab environment.
